The talented chef and team cook to the highest standard. Menus are carefully planned with herbs and vegetables grown organically in the castle’s own walled vegetable garden. The dining room walls are hung with family portraits, lit by candles twinkling in tall silver candelabra. The romantic view from the bay windows across the river Shannon’s estuary to the hills of county Clare is breathtaking. Our main dining room can accommodate a maximum of 30/35 persons.
